Crypto had a copy of the program that fits behind a standard badge holder. The size used at crypto was 5.5"x8", which is 14cmx20.5cm (approximately). When folded in half it was 4"x5.5". These are folded from 1/2 of a letter size piece of paper. I don't know if that is a standard size but it was very convenient. They appear to be called "neck wallets". . I don't think it's necessary to have the sponsor logos there, but we could make a download of a Microsoft Word file to make it easy to customize.
