Hi Katia, Thank you very much. I haven't and I don't think members of the Germain lab have tested it. It is not listed on the "Fluorescent probes tested" link from the home page. @KoenigJFE and @colinchu72 have you or your lab tested DyLight 594? Instead, we used iF594. Some direct conjugates are available through ATT Bioquest along with a conjugation kit. Cell Signaling Technology and Caprico Biotechnologies also provide direct conjugates in iF594. See the reagent resources entries under iF594 conjugate. We would greatly appreciate it if you can test DyLight 594 and share your findings with us. Best wishes, |

Hello everyone,
Has anyone used DyLight 594-conjugated antibodies for IBEX? If so, do you know if this dye is sensitive to LiBH4 bleaching?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Kátia
