The issue has exactly the same symptoms than those reported at #23, but the correction actions stated at #24 do NOT solve the issue this time, as long as these corrections are already applied.
The blockchain deployment process get stuck at the step "Waiting for joinchannel container to be Completed". The very same message is returned once and again, endlessly.

Anybody please help?
