ibm_secrets_manager_secret_info is deprecated #115

ibm_secrets_manager_secret_info comes from terraform 1.49.0 but that is currently deprecated.

It uses API v1 which is scheduled for removal on 31 October 2023.

Do you have plans to migrate to newer provider version, please?
