Incompatible provider version (getting this error while connecting ibm with terraform) #4986

terraform {
required_version = ">=1.0.0, <2.0"
required_providers {
ibm = {
source = "IBM-Cloud/ibm"
version = "1.60.1"
}
}
}

And the error you receive is:

Initializing provider plugins...

Finding ibm-cloud/ibm versions matching "1.60.1"...
