scc_attachment recreates on profile upgrade #5696

Hello there,

The resource scc_attachment recreates after upgrading to a new SCC profile (in my case FS Cloud 1.6.0 to 1.7.0).

This leads to a loss of history of previous scans.

I saw that in the UI, the upgrade is possible without any loss.

How to perform the same behaviour ?
