Enhancement: Add a notebook and some how-to-do-this-from-a-notebook instructions

Can probably just provide the exported notebook.
The Streams Flow is still good for visual demo, but somehow want to say "if you're ready to work from Python, try this...".
This might also be the time to explain how to run Python outside of the notebook.
