  • add https://github.com/IBT-FMI/mouse-brain-templates_generator as e.g. code/generator
  • produce container with the environment to use, e.g. as code/generator-env.sing and register within datalad-container extension
  • use datalad containers-run to make a "reproducible" (or just with clear record of how was produced) version of the template
