We need to detail how one could contribute to cOmicsART aka creating a new module:
On top of my mind what needs to be included

folder structure /aka module name with files server, ui, utils
update of docs
update of helpfiles
update report snippets
update code & download snippets
following design principle of sidebar and main panel
connecting elements at least res_tmp and par_tmp
