Missing Documentation for templates

Describe the bug
How do I create/manage templates?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fire application
2. Select configuration icon (rightmost)
3. Select "Template" tab
4. Then what? I cannot add, edit, remove anything.

Expected behavior
I would like to edit or create a template or even more than just one.
I would expect to find some help somewhere.
