Inspire Validation Error

Greetings,

The data I previously validated is now give me Failed warning. The reports are also a bit confusing in showing the faulty part. I can't find where I made a mistake.Then I uploaded inspire's sample data and it also gave an error. I cannot upload my own data for confidentiality reasons, but I am attaching the sample data.

The zip you tried to upload is not available.
