Problem: 2021 - new uploads (['KOU', 'PPT'])
KOU is copied to temporary but then:
....
Copying kou_20211214_000000_PT1S_4.cdf to temporary folder /srv/imbot/second/2021/tmp/2021/raw/KOU/kou_20211214_000000_PT1S_4.cdf
=> ONE-SECOND DATA ANALYSIS SUCCESSFULLY FINISHED
Analysis performed
GIN unmounted

It is likely that the server is not capable of running multiple analysis in parallel. Workaround: only analyze data sets from two years within one day.
