When we were on IRC we had a column in the "who's who" spreadsheet for timezone: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16h3jv24usMGq18495C-JA-yNcQCKiKDa65MTraNDd7k/edit?usp=sharing

What should we do for Matrix? The same thing? I guess we could start a new spreadsheet:
