Add MIT Software license to HDV

This issue is to add the MIT Software license to the list of options in the dropdown menu in Harvard Dataverse.

Some context: the GEOS-Chem project uses the MIT License for all their software and would like to use it for their datasets in Harvard Dataverse.

Before adding an MIT license to Harvard Dataverse, should we add the JSON to the guides so that the community uses the same file? We could add a new heading called "Adding Software Licenses". I wonder what is the right URL for the license, the CC licenses are on the CC website but is "choosealicense.com" the right place?

Thanks @stevenwinship - works great. A small request is to add the full name: "MIT License" rather than just "MIT" in order to be more formally correct. The name of the license at SPDX is "MIT License."

Thanks for the feedback @kmika11, there was some conversation when we added this license to Dataverse on this PR #10426, we are taking from SPDX:

• the short Identifier for the name field
• the full name for the shortDescription field

The URL that we are using is the one used on Datacite.
