On Demo Dataverse, validation error prevents depositors from changing the Author Name that Dataverse fills with name from depositor's Dataverse account

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

• When does this issue occur?
  When trying to create a dataset on Demo Dataverse

• Which page(s) does it occurs on?
  On the dataset create page

• What happens?

  • On the dataset create page change what Dataverse has filled in the Author Name field, pulled from the dataset creator's account, with anything else. You can select a name suggested by the field or enter the name you've typed.
  • Fill in other required fields - Title, Subject, Description
  • Click Save Dataset
  • Verify that the dataset isn't created because of a validation error. The page says that Author Name is required, and what you entered in the Author Name field has been removed from the field

• To whom does it occur (all users, curators, superusers)?
  All users

• What did you expect to happen?
  The dataset is created

This should be fixed by gdcc/dataverse-external-vocab-support#31 which has not yet been merged or deployed on demo.
