Add new datasetfieldtype to metadablock of citation metadata

I want add new fields to metadablock of citation, for example description type and i want display order next to description. @pdurbin helped me with add a new metadatablock but now my question is about If Can I add values in metadatablock of citation?
The values to description type: "Abstract", "Methods", "Series Information", "Table of contents", "Other"

Thanks @cmbz. This was discussed in the meeting I had to miss this morning, right?

I'd like to help frame this so the goals are clear to me and everyone else this could affect. I think it'll help with coming up with and evaluating solutions.

Folks managing any particular installation of Dataverse can edit the Citation metadata block that ships with Dataverse in order to add and edit fields in the ways that Thalia mentioned in this GitHub issue. And we want to know if all installations would benefit if the Citation metadata block that ships with Dataverse includes the changes that Thalia is mentioning.

@cmbz and others in that meeting this morning, is that a good framing?
