Modification to SciData configuration (from v1.1 to v1.2)

1. reuse all SciData Config v1.1
2. change Comment[Supplementary File URI] to Comment[Supplementary Information File URI] for consistency. alter description to reflect the possibility to supply multiple values.
3. add Comment[Subject Keywords] to investigation file.
