enable filtering using from and to dates on general ledger, invoked by filter by date button. See the wireframe for preliminary research. DO NOT COMMIT CHANGES TO MASTER, CREATE A BRANCH TO SHOW ME THE CODE FIRST.

added date picker, but still need to format text box placement and test code

Need to research why filter is not working.

filtering enabled, but initially the data does not display in the frame without use of the datepicker. Discuss behavior with team.

Will accomplish with datatables. Filtering enabled per column but per date range at this time. Still working on this.
