Expand column name M. No. to full verbiage. i.e., Member
Number. Also add email to the report so that secretary will have easy means to contact members. Display emails as LINKS within the table. Also add phone #s (cell, primary #)., along with installation.

Corrected column headings, added datatables to generate report, and have added emails and phone numbers. Links NOT currently enabled for email addresses. Will research further.
