Enabling Parallelized Execution of Computational Services

Describe the user role
I have a pipeline with several computational services, some running sequentially and some that instead could be run independently (i.e. in parallel). At the moment pipelines using Python Runners execute the pipeline in a serial way, one service at the time. It would be great to exploit the full power of HPC by allowing services to run in parallel.

I believe this works (in that pipeline, Thermal and Electrophysiology DID run in parallel for me)
