URGENT: BUG: The app isn't checking the correct tab on the Safety Training Completion Form (Responses) Google Sheet

ITP student Sarah Fils is getting the "You have not taken safety training" message although she just took the safety training this past weekend 9/14. See line 45 on the safety training tracking sheet.

I had her refresh her browser and attempt to put in a reservation request again, and she still gets the error (see attached screenshot)

I have gone ahead and placed holds for her two requests for now.

This is time sensitive since students can begin requesting reservations today.

this is undoubtedly the same as #390.

I tried adding a =QUERY() function to pull new form entry data into the old tab as a quick hack, we'll see if that works.

seems like we didn't deploy to prod for a while, i merged changes from main, redeployed, and now it seems to be working

Tested again and this is working. Moving to 'done'!
