ITP student Sarah Fils is getting the "You have not taken safety training" message although she just took the safety training this past weekend 9/14. See line 45 on the safety training tracking sheet.
I had her refresh her browser and attempt to put in a reservation request again, and she still gets the error (see attached screenshot)
I have gone ahead and placed holds for her two requests for now.
This is time sensitive since students can begin requesting reservations today.
