nopivnick changed the title As an admin, I want to be able to see what department a user who chooses the Affiliation "Other" is from. Please add a field to the booking form prompting users who choose "Other" for this information. As an Admin I want a user who selects "Other" as their departmental affiliation to have to enter the name of their department or program in a text field before they are allowed to proceed to the calendar.
