Add ACK comments into the reporting

Hi,
I would like to request a feature to be able to include into the report the ACK comments for each critical service which caused a downtime duration. Maybe there should be even two ACK fields: one for the technician and one for the management which should be included only into the report (just a idea). Its a requirement from our management to add a short description to every critical service which caused the downtime. The content of the ack description field should be able to be modified afterwards.

The ack description comment feature could be a turn on and off feature for each created template report in the reporting module. That would be awesome.
