Timeframe with fixed ate are not saved correctly

Describe the bug

it is not possible to set timeframes with fixed dates. the start date is set to the current day

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Try to create a timeframe with a fixed time frame (for example from 01/07/2024 to 30/09/2024)

After save the start date is set to the current date. Even trying to modify it the result does not change

Expected behavior

the start date must coincide with the one set.
