Reported by a customer.
The IgxPivotGrid row headers and cells are misaligned when scrolling and browser is zoomed > 100%.

• igniteui-angular version: any
• browser: tested with Chrome, Edge, Mozilla

Steps to reproduce

0. Increase the browser scale > 100%
1. Open this demo or any where the grid is scrollable
2. Scroll down
3. Observe a misalignment, which gets larger down. In case the browser scale is increased, the gap is more visible.

2. Scroll down, but not to the end
3. Observe a misalignment in the row headers.
