Restructoring code base

After gathering enough knowledge on the current code base of the Illuminator. We want to organize the code base into well-defined components. The following are a some initial components.

• Model library: a library of models that contains definitions of energy models for the Mosaik engine.
• Cluster Pi: utilities for setting up the Illuminator in a RaspberryPi cluster.
• Energy Analyst Interface: an interface for defining energy simulations using the Illuminator.
• Results manager: utilities for organizing simulation outputs.

Shall we make 'Cases' part of the distribution of the Illuminator?
