Tags should have multiple names to help consolidate similar ideas #108

Sometimes users might want to tag a pin with "Texas" but other times they might tag "TX". We should use TagNames to look up the correct Tag and only tag that item once with that Tag. This will help reduce duplicate tags for the same concept.
