Relocate item type/categroy

ADD_ITEMTYPE_IN_2DA and ADD_ITEMCATEGORY_IN_IDS should be removed separately into a different folder and a file.
Both function calls are Power Crave specific and therefore do not result in an error, but the new item type/category is a globally new attribute.

Here is an example for better understanding:
If Weave to Dust had been the same item type/category as Power Crave, implementing it as it is now would write the same type/category twice to 2DA and IDS files, even though it is only needed once.
