Complete the About on Project Snowshoes

I can understand a month, maybe even two, but it has been about a half a year and this page hasn't even had a mockup created for it. This is arguably the most important link on this entire page, since the copy on the front page and the setup of said page really does a horrible job at informing the visitor to what Snowshoes does here.

• Make a mock-up for the About page that lays out full plans.
• Actually confirm those plans are accurate.
• Write the skeleton of the page, but do not update the page as of yet.
• Pending approval, publish the final page.
