Multi-select: option selection and search not working as expected

Detailed description of how to reproduce the problem

Bug 1: When we have two pre-selected options with the same value, the select-all does not work properly
Bug 2: When you search something that doesn't exist, then close menu, then open again, options are gone
Bug 3: Inconsistent behavior when selecting multiple options with the same value, and when you pre-select them. When you select two options with the same value, only one is shown in the field, but when both are pre-selected, then both are shown.

Expected behavior

Bug 3: In case two options have the same label and value, then we would only display one. If the label is
different but value the same, we would display both. If value is different, but label the same, we display both again.
