[Feature] 希望可以保持窗口在屏幕中的位置 #321

功能描述 / Function Description
现在每次开机后，ttime的窗口会恢复成默认屏幕中央的位置

希望可以保持在上次使用/上次关机前窗口的位置，因为每次调用的时候，个人会有习惯的查看翻译的位置，

比如我习惯放在屏幕左边的位置，因为一般情况下我浏览网页内容的时候，内容的版心都是在中间的，放在左边不会遮挡到中间需要翻译的内容。
但现在每次重启电脑后，我第一次调用翻译窗口，都需要手动挪动窗口的位置才不会遮挡到中间的内容，

所以希望可以记录窗口位置
