[Windows] Getting Requesting a device failed error on wsl

What:
- When trying to open a markdown file with inlyne the command error out with the message Error: Requesting a device failed

Why:
- I'm not sure but after some digin around in the code seems to be an error related to the wgpu lib

I asume it might be an especific wgpu on wsl issue but from my limited reserach I haven't found any related issues on the internet
