Some things we care about:

Don't use simple types with AddDependencyService and AddDependencyInstance
Unit test methods without a call to test.ExecuteTestCase()
TestBlocks with no Execute() method (may make sense to refactor the basic TestBlock implementation to be an abstract class so we get the notification for implementation 'for free')
