Dimuthu - Global admin and local admin can create groups. But everyone can connect or join a group.

codexpotech - Similar to Events, Groups should be organized by Projects in this page. Currently there is no way for a user to know which group belongs to which project. So, if as a user I am involved in multiple projects, then it may become necessary for me to organize my groups.

codexpotech - What do we do in "Manage Groups"? Does it provide a platform for discussions/chats/sharing plans? I am assuming that this is what you had envisioned. If yes, then groups will be the main platform for supporting stakeholder interactions with each other. In summary, the workflow of this Group feature needs to be resolved.
