Global vendor list link not working #60

The readme states

// Set the global vendor list
// You need to download and provide the vendor list yourself
// It can be found here - https://vendorlist.consensu.org/vendorlist.json

When viewing that link, I see an Access Denied error.

From this issue, I think the link should be changed to this?

https://vendorlist.consensu.org/v2/vendor-list.json
