multiple "Mailbox already exists" in apache2 logs

hi,
i found multiple entries in my apache2 error log

when i migrated the users to groupoffice i had to create users fist in the systemsettings/user module instead of the postfix addin so all worked
is it possible that the user is somehow misaligned between dovecot <> postfix <> groupoffice?
how to correct such problem?
