i4trust is nice but smart data models goes beyond that

Please describe which content you would expect here and tell us how to solve this request
There are mentions of the smart data models under the i4trust project, but the i4trust project is that (a project) with an end date, but smart data models is a permanent program. So it is even better to comment that smart data models exist and that i4trust project (and others use them as well)

Can you already provide any alternative (or updated) content that can/should replace the existing content?
