improve Glossary/shortcuts

• rename to "abbreviations"
• add header row
• for each row, provide a link to an external site or to the Glossary. Eg:

Abbrev	Name	Link
IDSA-HO	IDS Association "Head Office"	Needs a link to IDSA home page
IDS-RB	IDS "Rule Book"	Needs link to something
IDS-MDB	IDS "Meta Data Broker"	glossary (link is broken)

hi @JessicaRombs , thanks for the reminder!

• now about half have links
• Not all rows need links (eg "Head Office" doesn't), but some do (eg "Rule Book" does)
• IDS "Meta Data Broker", glossary: the link is still broken
• Needs to be renamed to "Abbreviations". "Shortcut" means something different in English
