Update ip2prefix post-process script for new prefix types

Once there is progress on #103, we want to add new PART_OF relationships between IP nodes and the different prefix types.

Each IP node should be connected to the most-specific containing prefix of every type (including the generic Prefix label). This enables and simplifies queries looking for specific use cases of IPs.
