We can add a json file containing a dictionary of IP:Tags that is parsed by the all_in timetracker. So a user can simply add IP addresses in this file and see the tags in the results. This file could be initialized with well-known IP addresses, e.g. root DNS servers, Google DNS server, Cloudflare,... and some destinations from built-in measurements.
