Context

Was trying to test creating a proposal, then submitting is as GA.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect the wallet
2. Got to proposal discussion forum
3. Create the proposal
4. Go to proposal details
5. Try tu submit it as GA

Actual behavior

There is a placeholder text below the title to review submission

Expected behavior

There shouldnt be a placeholder text below the title to review submission

@bosko-m @MSzalowski We have updated the PDF-ui with this fix. The current version is 0.3.6 and is ready to be imported to govtool
