I'm guessing he means that you could hover over "inactive" and it would tell you what it means?

Telling what it means is good, but it's best done with a link to the guides (could also double as a tooltip, but these don't work on mobile/tablets)

Yup, this is how I read it
Something along these lines makes sense, as I keep seeing confusion around what is DRep activity

@Ryun1 Yeah, totally makes sense.
We have a lot of little improvements to make in GovTool. We need to get a stable version working so that we can move on from all the "P-zeros".

Specifically, we have to see if we can make the "inactive" state more explained, and I'll have a look now in the guides to see if we at least have something there.

One thing we could do is look at adding a tooltip/info link to all the states. Remember, tooltips aren't very accessible, and also do not work on mobiles.

Good point, doesnt have to be a tooltip, whatever you think is reasonable
