What?

We need to provide relevant history items to many areas of GovTool.

DRep history could be our first step

Why?

To give complete info to users

How?

By adding the requisite feature

(Optional) User Story with acceptance criteria

As a voter or other user of GT, I want to be able to see a DRep's history so I can determine if they are

• the correct DRep for me to delegate to.
• How they voted on any GA
• Understand their delegation history - who's delegated to them, when, and how
• See if my delegation has been registered to them - if I delegated to them
• Understand their registration history - when did they start, retire, etc
• See how active they are in governance by seeing how many things they have voted on

@m-i-k-e Would be great if we can have at least wireframe. Its not clear what GovTool would present exactly.
