Keep the existing ticket functions (pictured above) with the addition of another drop down menu which has the list of all departments. functionality would look something like this (using journal as an example department):

  • person selects journal on drop down menu
  • person submits ticket
  • ticket gets sent to head of journal email (currently Sojas)
  • ticket gets put under aforementioned person's tickets
