[FEAT] - Proxyglyph font is missing the 1,000,000 mana symbol

Proxyglyph (and NDPMTG) fonts are missing the 1,000,000 mana symbol (used in Gleemax card, from unhinged set).
It is available in Andrew Gioia's Mana font though , it may be possible to reuse it from there?

If you can find a font that also has the oval background thing for it I can try to make it but I kinda gave up on the idea awhile ago, we'll need to offset the oval part enough so that the characters can overlap like the Proxyglyph symbols do

Still on the un-sets things. Do you plan to add half symbols, as seen on Little Girl ?
