Investigate GraphQL

Goal
Know if GraphQL is the way to go for the history feature described in #1.

Context
In order to know if GraphQL is the right choice for the back-bone of this feature we have to investigate if it reaches our requirements listed in Tasks.

Tasks

• Can we build a stream of db rows?
• How is pagination handled?
• What does the industry use to build streams? Most common seen is GraphQL, is that the truth?
  • if not, what are the alternatives
• Can GraphQL natively modify model of response? (Not necessarily needed / important)
