Update to Discord v14

Update discord.js v11 to the new current version 14.16.3.

Would be so awesome if that's possible.
Can't get the current code to work currently because of various changes discord made.

I currently don't update this repository anymore but I'm open for pull requests. Other than that I highly agree with this issue. v11 is long deprecated and shouldn't be used anymore.
