Always get Error status , previously not and the status is GOOD after doing the conversation the status becomes Error and Conversation FAILED

ISO name
ISO's CRC32 or MD5
app version
error is in converting from ISO to UL or UL to ISO?

same is happening with me, i think the issue is that the app cannot access/write on external sd card or usb? how to enable permission or maybe fix in next update please
