[Suggestion] News: Closing of industry -> only when used by player

In Settings/News/Closing of Industries there is only the standard None/Summary/Full option. My suggestion is to add a way to only warn the user of the closure if said industry is serving a station of the player.
Basically I get a dozen of closure news a month but only 1-2 per year are actually useful and the rest are a little detracting.
