Enable Module Page Gives This Page Is Not Working

When trying to enable this module I get a "This page is not working" message with an Error 500.

I realise this extension is pretty old now, but thought I would give it a try, as didn't see any other extensions providing this functionality.

I wanted to add an "approved" status for contributions.

@Monish , in the coming days, maybe between Christmas and New Year's , could you update the code to current PHP (maybe 8.3), etc and tag a new release. @Edzelopez could you QA and ensure scheduling? Thanks.

Thank you so much. That has installed without any errors now.

Apologies if I am missing something obvious, but I have looked round the contribution options and can't see where I can create a new contribution status? I checked the edit/new contribution form, also Administration > System Settings > Option Groups > Contribution Status and Administration > Contributions > CiviContribute Component Settings, but couldn't see any additional options.
